pg or not after D&C

I had a D&C for miscarriage on 02/02. On 02/12, I started having a lot of "ovulatory mucus" that lasted until the 15/16. On the 15th, I had intercourse and the condom broke and we did not realize this until it was too late. I waited 11/12 days and tested on the 27th. I got a positive pg test. I had not realized that there could still be hCG levels in my system from my prior miscarriage. I am almost positive that I ovulated around the 13/14, I had my mild crampiness like I usually do when I ovulate. I am having some mild pg symptoms; frequent urination, slight breast tenderness, and fatigue. I tried calling my OB to find out how I find out if I am pg or not, but they are not calling me back. This was not planned, but nonetheless, I will be thrilled if it is true. How long will it take before I know if is a pregnancy or not. Is there anything else I can do in the meantime.
