BH conractions - non stress test labor and maternity leave

I had gone for my weekly non stress test and had 3 huge contractions between 30 min window. They were BH contractions(no pain) but the graph showed they were real huge. The nurse asked me to cut down on activities and take good rest. I am still working at 35.3 weeks and plan to go on leave after one more week (9 march) . I think baby has alredy dropped as I can breath easily. Do all these things put together suggest I am going to go in labor before time? Shall I start my maternity leave right away?
