Two answers; First, stopping the baby aspirin did not likely cause the loss. On the other hand, there are some women in whom there are problems that cause miscarriage and low-dose aspirin allows them to stay pregnant. This brings us to the second answer-there is no harm in continuing the low-dose aspirin through 36 weeks of the pregnancy... Lynn
