Re: Post Pregancy Weight Loss

I have heard the general rule for losing the weight from pregnancy is nine months to gain it, nine months to lose it.

After my first pregnancy (don't know how accurate this will be since she was so early) I delivered at 24 weeks and was back in my regular street clothes in a week. I got pregnant again (much to our shock) when our daughter ws 5 months old and at that point I was below my pre pregnancy weight when I got preg with our daughter. I was exercising daily though and breast feeding.

I am gaining more weight this time around, so we shall see how this one turns out. Don't get discouraged. Keep exercising and it will drop off.
