I am a medical transcriptionist, but I do not know for sure. I just know that with bbt charting, a sign of a rising temp (in conjunction with cervical mucus) that does not fall CAN be a sign of pregnancy. From what I know, usually, your temp rises over about a 4 day period (which is when you ovulate, I think ovulation occurs right before the temp falls again), after ovulation it is supposed to drop back down to your normal level. If ovulation occurs, but the egg is fertilized then the temp will continue to rise or just stay the same, it can signify pregnancy or there could be some other reason. Good luck!
