Montgomery, MD: "Re: gular cycles - Annovulation?" Hello, I had a m/c and d&c in October for a missed abortion at 10 weeks. I resumed my cycle 6 weeks later. Although they have gotten longer, I have had regular periods ever since. They used to be 28 days now they are 30. The last 3 have been within one day of 30. I am not sure that I am ovulating. My husband and I are trying to conceive and have had no success. My questions are: 1. Do regular cycles indicate ovulation is occuring? 2. Can a m/c and d&c cause annovulation? 3.
