I just had a vag.ultrasound today, and they finally found an ectopic fibrosia on my right side measuring 1 cm. Dated with my LMP I received methotrexate at 9 weeks. It has been 2 and a half weeks since the methotrexate. My last HCG a week ago was 231.They said that there was no fetal pole. Does this mean that they couldn't see one, because it was too early or destoryed by the methotrexate, or does it mean that there was never a fetus? Even if there was no fetus was there fertilization? I am going crazy wondering if there was ever a fetus or not. I just need to know what your feelings are on the matter.
