Missed period and on the pill

My period last month came during the last week of the active pills. This month I didn't get a period at all. I just started a new pack of pills.

I have some symptoms of a period. I took a HPT about 5 days after my period should have come and it came back negative.

I also have some pain near my left ovary.

What could be the issue? Could I be pregnant?
