I have the Clear Plan Easy fertility monitor, and it did not show an LH surge for me. I spoke to my doctor about this, and she said that these OPK's and fertility monitors are not fool-proof. She also said that some LH surges are easier to detect than others. Did you notice any cerivcal mucous along with your cramps? That is always a good sign that you O'd. Also, the fact that your cycles sound regular are a very encouraging sign that you've ovulated. One more thing...there are some months that women do not ovulate at all. Keep that in mind for next month's testing. This month my monitor did dectect an LH surge, so each month is like a clean slate. Hope this helps and good luck:)
