I am just under 5 weeks pregnant, and I'm concerned because I felt more pregnancy symptoms a week ago than I do now. I had a constant sore back and steady lower abdominal cramps for a week or two, but now my symptoms seem to come and go a lot more - I'll feel some cramping and lower back pain and then feel normal for a long time, then get some cramping again. Is this okay? Could this mean the hcg is not increasing as it should?
