Hi,

I had exactly the same little desaster just last week, so I know how panicky you can get, even though chances are so ridiculously small, they're almost none (but that "almost" drives you crazy...!) If you're still within the 72-hour window, call a doctor and have them give you the morning-after pill - just for you're peace of mind. I didn't have ANY side effects, and am much happier than I would have been if I had just waited it out. If it's later than 3 days after, you will have to wait for your period, and yes, it can be late from stress.
