First of all, it is quite common to not sleep well in the last weeks of the pregnancy. It is God's way of getting you used to the sleep deprivation that accompanies parenthood. If you think you can't sleep now, just wait. You might try warm milk. By warming whole milk, you activate tryptophan, which induces sleep safely. You can't add anything like chocolate though... Lynn
