36 weeks - can't sleepFrom: Emma (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 14 Feb 2001 18:02:56 -0600 (CST)
I am 36 weeks pregnant, and I can no longer remain comfortable for sleeping for more than an hour. I am having back pain and headaches due to a car accident a couple of weeks ago. I am also having some lower adominal pain just from the extra weight of the baby. I take Tylenol to help with the pain, but I am not able to get enough relief to get a good night's sleep. The day of the accident, I was given a sleeping pill to make me more comfortable for the night in the hospital. I was wondering at this point if that might be helpful. If the safest thing for the baby is for me to have the sporadic sleep schedule, I will continue with the Tylenol, but I wonder sometimes if it might do me better to get one good night of sleep.
