I'm 34 1/2 weeks and get the same pain after using the restroom. I'm not dialated or anything, but I still feel pain like that. I think it's all the ligaments and muscles getting crampy with all the pressure on them. But I haven't read the dr's reply yet, so maybe he had something different to say.
