Re: Progesterone ? question for abaxterFrom: abaxter (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 12 Feb 2001 17:12:04 -0600 (CST)
Sorry I couldn't reply sooner. Haven't been checking the site in a few days. My progesterone in my current, successful pregnancy was 11.5 at just 9-10 days post ovulation. A couple weeks later, at my first official pregancy appt, it was something like 90. I had taken a small amount of progesterone pills (maybe 100 mg per day?) for about a week, but the dr said that those pills cannot cause it to rise more than 5-10 points at most, so the progesterone was clearly rising on its own. I hope this helps.
