once you first have a + result you do not need to keep testing! the LH will remain high enough to be detected for several days

lack of ovulation can caouse LPD and lack of ovulation is common wiht PCOS

progesterone or clomid (the latter kills 2 birds with one stone if you are not ovulating) can treat LPD
