Negative HPT...but feel pregnant ...Am I ?

I am 36, never been pregnant; I have Rheum Arthritis and am currently on Prednisone and Vioxx. Up until December 2,2000 I was on methotrexate and birthcontrol.

My last period was January 3, 2001. Today is February 7.

Since last week, when my period was due, I have had mild cramping a few times a day, very briefly. I am extremely fatigued, am very hungry at all times, urinate frequently, and have had mild dizziness today. My breasts are not sore, but seem larger. I also have had headaches two days in a row. My pulse (according to my acupuncturist) is slightly elevated, and my basal temperature is in the mid to high 98's every morning.

The HPT I have taken keep coming back negative.

Do you think I am pregnant ?
