Am I imagining things???

My period was due on 21st January

I had unprotected sex with my fiance on 19th and 20th January. My period started on 21st January.

By the 31st January I had very swollen and painful breasts, still are, can hardly bear to wear a bra! Nausea and/or sickness at various times of the day. Suffering with tiredness and frequent urination. Strange sensations in lower abdomen.

It would seem to me that I am pregnant. My next period is not due until 20th February. Do you think I AM pregnant and if so, when is it safe to do a pregnancy test for accuracy? Do I wait until the beginning of March or what? This is all new to me, never been in this position before!

Your opinion would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
