Expected period on 21st January.

Had unprotected sexual intercourse with my fiance on 19th and 20th. Period started on 21st January. Maybe a little lighter than usual.

Twins run in my family, I just wonder if I had two eggs and shed one but not the other!!

By 31st January have extremely tender and swollen breasts - can hardly bear a bra on! Tiredness, frequent urination. Strange pains low down in abdomen. I am certain I am pregnant!!

My period would not be due until 20th February. Do you think I AM pregnant and if so, when can I do a pregnancy test for accuracy?

I am dumbfounded!! I would value your opinion.
