I just wanted to add here that I'm 32 years old and we know I had DES exposure (my mother's OB/GYN provided my parents with lots of DES information when I was still quite young, and I was invited to participate in the class-action suit -- but I was so young that my Dad didn't want me involved.) I have evidence of DES exposure in the structure of cervix, an incompetent cervix, cell dysplasia common to DES daughters, preterm labor at 20 weeks with my first son, and a history of three ectopic pregnancies. We're not sure WHY my mother's doctor provided my mom with the medication since we're pretty sure it was already under heavy suspicion at the time (1968). The NEXT youngest DES daughter I have ever met was four years older than me. Most are significantly older.
