Mine was worst the first trimester, then eased (though I was still huge!!) the second trimester. Started to come back a little just before birth, but by then there are so many other things to get your attention that I bet you will forget all about the breasts till you nurse! (...which I totally encourage by the way! Careful, don't trip on my soapbox!) Laura
