I am 29 weeks pregnant, and I am wondering when the baby can be expected to stop changing positions (from vertex to breech and back) and settle into one position. Also, if a baby is going to be breech due to some fetal abnormality, would this baby always be in the breech position during pregnancy?

If I often am feeling movements down low in my abdomen, does this mean the baby is in the breech position, or could this be the hands or something?
