If your LMP was Jan 16 you could be having breast soreness from ovulation. Some women get soreness in their breast around ovulation time--me for instance!! Dr's say that on a 28 day cycle you ovulate areound day 14, you would be on day 13 so this may be the cause. As far as pregnancy symptoms, I think it would be umlikely you were pregnant yet unless you ovulated very early in your cycle and even with that you usually don't have any symptoms until about 2 weeks after conception.
