I am no professional, but the way that I undestand things is that when a D&C is performed, it removes all products of conception, therefore, your body has no way of producing hCG. Most positives are pretty acurate, it is the negatives that can be false. If you got even the faintest line, I believe there is a pretty high chance that you are pg again and not having left over hCG because of your last pegnancy. Wait a while and retest or go to your OB and get a blood test. Good Luck
