Congratulations to all of you out there who are trying this....it is full of pitfalls, there are no measurements on your breast lol. However stimulation from suckling promotes increased discharge of milk, formula supplements discourage ones own production, supply and demand. There can be a problem when one has to go back to work, the nipple must feel very different to a teat, so I would be inclined to express, then refrigerate, last stage to give it to my partner to feed with in the middle of the night ....I feel that this serves several purposes, firstly bonding with daddy....you must stress this of course! secondly that women do so much from birth onwards, that maybe it is their turn? and thirdly and importantly babies don't tend to take to a rubber teat very easily, which is why it ought to be down to daddy.....Good luck
