Is it possible to be having BH contractions this late in pregnancy and still not realize it? Everything I read says I should be having these, and several weeks ago I felt some tightening of the uterus, but nothing since. Every now and then I'll have sharp, brief abdominal pains, but that feels more like pressure on a nerve or something.

My dr asked me last week if I am having contractions, but I have no idea (at last week's appt I was 70% effaced with no dilation). Can I be having them and just not know it? Or is it more likely that I'm not having them at all?
