A uterus didelphus does NOT mean an automatic c-section -- a c/section would be done for the same reasons they are done in anyone else -- malpresentation of the baby (which may be more likely with the didelphus), fetal distress, failure to preogress. There is an increased chance of preterm labor, but assuming you don't have that, there really aren't any complications unique to a didelphus (well, other thatn you may have bleeding from the non-pregnant side during pregnancy)
