In that it's neither narcotics nor Prednisone, stopping when you need to is appropriate. Some doctors recommend stopping at 10, some at 12.

The same as if you'd never been on it. Very remote at 12 weeks.

Nope. And if ever a case were to exist, one could not take enough progesterone to make up for a normal functioning placenta.

Share your psychologic dependence on progesterone with your doctor so s/he is aware of your concerns and fears.
