Please Help!" Hello, I was prescribed Biaxin 500 mg. 2 x a day for 10 days for a sinus infection. I started taking it on Jan. 3, 2001, which was day 15 of my cycle. I ovulated on day 17 (January 5th)and conceived. I am now 5 weeks 1 day pregnant and worried sick! Will my babies health be jepordized from this? The doctor didn't even ask me if I could be or become pregnant! I don't see my OB/GYN until Feb. 6.... could you please inform me what the chances are for birth defects?
