Hey April, I'm sad to say that it's not good. I have been there several times. I've had what is called missed spontanious abortions (missed misscarriages) four times. Not having a heartbeat that far along is not good. I feel for you and if at anytime you feel you need someone to talk to I'm hear to "listen". And I also do have follow up ultrasounds to. That is wise. Cause never know, they may find a heartbeat at the next one. :-) Huggs, Marina endofighter@aol.com
