Provera and clomidFrom: Alison (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 24 Jan 2001 12:11:06 -0600 (CST)
My specialist prescribed clomid (im annovulatory) in Sept 00. He said just take it (ie dont wait for period or take provera to cause it) He has since advised me to do this again on a month when I had no period and was not pregnant. In Dec I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks. The specialist has now told me to wait 3 months for period(highly unlikely to come) and then he will give me provera to bring period on before I start to retake clomid. My question is do I really need the provera (I had a heavy period/bleeding when I miscarried) or can I just wait a few week s to get back to normal and then start taking the clomid as he told me to before? I really want to try again ASAP
