I think the U/S is ok when it is scheduled. The main thing you need is a vaginal probe evalulation of your cervix. Watch for back pain and pressure. I use unisom in the first trimester combined with vit b6 for nausea. It is a way to formulate bendectin, a drug taken of the market ~20 years ago. Good Luck
