HI I appreciate any information. I had a LEEP proceudre 1 1/2 years ago. When should my OB start monitoring for cervical length ?(to r/o incompetent cervix) My Level II u/s is in 2 weeks, it seems far away for me. Do I need a level II u/s or does a "regular u/s" diagnose a funnelling cervix or short cervix? Are there any symptoms I should be aware of? ALso is it safe to take Unisom, my OB wasn't familiar with it and asked me to bring in the bottle. THanks
