I have had a rash on both legs from half way down my thighs to half way down my calves for a few weeks. I showed my OB and she said it is NOT a "pregnancy rash" but she didn't know what it was and told me to ignore it. I am suspicious because I have never had any rashes BEFORE being pregnant. It looks like tiny red flea bites. It does NOT itch. Any ideas?
