At 34 weeks pregnant, I have been getting sharp, excruciating pains over the past two days that effect the right side of my body. This includes my lower back, my lower abdomen (front), my right hip, buttocks, and leg. I've read about sciatica, and have assumed this is the problem, but does pressure to the sciatic nerve cause pain on the front side too?

I also have a 9.3 cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary, which with pregnancy, has been pulled down behind my uterus and sits at my pelvic opening. Is it likely that the pressure of the baby's head against the cyst could cause the pain?
