I am not a DR, but I can tell you my friend has had 2 healthy children & took darvocet, vicoden & prozac thru both pregnancies. She is very small & her children were large & caused her great pain, that is why she took the meds. The prozac was for her anxiety (she was nervous both pg's b/c of all the complications). Anyway, I thought a real life story might do you some good. If I were you, I would try to live w/o them, but take them when the pain gets too bad & before bed. Best of Luck...JPC
