Just wanted to let you know that I am 38 years old and 22 weeks pregnant. I started off about 100 lbs. overweight and my OB told me that I should eat healthy, and without dieting, try to maintain my weight (which I've done !). I've had a few ultrasounds and they all have the baby in perfect condition ! I know yours will be, too ! I don't diet, I just stop eating when I feel full, drink a lot of water, and make sure to take my prenatal vitamins ! GOOD LUCK ! Lauren
