Re: due date and ultrasound question

In Sept of '94 I delivered a beautiful little girl. I had no idea that I was pregnant until about halfway through my fourth month. Had no signs, I too was only about 97lbs before I got pregnant, still had my mentrual cycle, no real weight gain, no morning sickness, etc. until almost my 5th month. That's when I found out. Well, any way, just going into my 7th month, I was going for a checkup (this was on a tuesday) the doc said I had 9 weeks to go. Well let's just say that Friday I was in the hospital delivering! Didn't quite make it 9 weeks. My daughter was only 3lbs, 9 ozs when born and had to stay in the hospital for a while. But she is now 6 and healthy! :) I would definately watch for preterm labor, and be very careful, because if she does go into pre-term labor, it might not take long. Mine was only 13 minutes. Don't know if short labor is associated with preterm labors, but it might be something to keep in mind. Good Luck, Tina
