I am 13 1/2 weeks pregnant and have a tipped uterus. I had an ultrasound at 10 1/2 weeks and everything looked great. When my Dr. tried to listen for the heartbeat w/ Doppler, he could not find it and said it was probably because my uterus was still "tipped." At whatpoint will my uterus right itself? I have tried to feel my uterus through the abdomen and can't.
