i am 15 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding for about a week now.this is my first pregnancy.i have not been to an obgyn because i plan on having an abortion.i have had an ultrasound and dated the pregnancy, thats it.i am clueless other than to information from my godmother about her miscarriage(so i need all the help i can get). the bleeding started out red and is now brown. when i stand up after sitting or laying down i get sharp pains in my abdomen. cramping while standing is on and off...i told my doctor about this when i was at the clinic yesterday. she told me that all i could do was wait and if cramping gets severe to go to the hospital. is this all i can do, is wait?? i want to know how long it usually takes for miscarriages to happen after bleeding and cramping start...
