a couple of questions

I had a dr's appointment yesterday at 34 weeks and 2 days, I have been on bedrest and brethine since 29 weeks when it was found that I was 1 cm dialated. Yesterday I was 2 cm and I measured at exactly 35 weeks. The ob told me that anything that happened before 36 weeks they would try to stop and after 36 they normally let things run there course. My question is if I do go into labor right at 36 weeks, since I have had the steriod shots at 29 weeks when I had a postive ffn result,is the baby a little more prepared lung wise, because of those shots? She also said that she did not think I would go over 40 weeks that in fact if I got a week or so before my due date I could be induced if i prefered. Is this an option that is normal practice now.

I have always thought that my due date was off because my last monthly period was May 7, 2000 which would make my due date Feb 12 instead of Feb 18 which could explain why I measure at 35 weeks I guess, the due date they gave me was via ultrasound at 6 weeks. What are your thought on this.

The last question is what is the average weight of a 34-35 week baby and how much do they gain per week at 34 weeks.

I am so sorry this is so long, just needed the comfort of hearing your opinions. Thanks
