I am not a doctor, but If I were you I would give my ob a call just in case because you have 2 other pregnancies. Now I would be definely alarmed if you start to get diarhea, if you start to get 4-6 an hour, and feeling pressure. I know it is normal to start getting braxtion hicks around 24 weeks but usually there is not that many until you get futher along. But Like I said I am not a doctor, I have been in the ER for preterm labor, which I have be having around 15-20 contractions a day and My cevix are still long thick and closed. hope this helps Lori 35 weeks and counting
