I am not a doctor, but It could have been where the placenta was moved the wrong way and bleed alittle or it could have been from your cervix since it was brown, which is old blood, than probably, nothing to worry about. I would still call my doctor and let him know. He might want to check things out just to ease your mind and to make sure. I had brownish blood at 27 weeks and went up to ER they couldn't find a thing wrong. Sometimes it like we bleed for nothing. And I was just like you no intercourse or nothing.
