Z-pack & prolonged use of antibiotics

I am at 33 1/2 wks and again, I have been given Zithromax for a sinus infection. This will be my 2nd prescription of Zithromax in my 33 1/2 wks. In my 2nd Trimester I had to take 2 prescriptions of Metrodonizol for vaginal infections...my question is; are the use of all these antibiotics causing anything for my baby? I use an inhaler for my asthma and a nasal spray for my allergies as well. I know my OB knows what he's doing and I feel like I offend him when I ask him if all these drugs are safe, but I tend to worry as I have severe allergies year round.

Any advice etc...
