What if you think you might be pregnant but are on the pill? Lately I have been feeling sick to my stomach, and it is not only in the morning, it can hit me anytime during the day. I seem to need to eat on a regular basis, and my periods are now very light; I used to have to use the super ones after my first day which was very light. Then the next three days I would use a super size tampon to deal with my periods, b/c I would bleed enough where I would go through them every four hours. The last few days I could use the regular sized ones. Now I can use the regular size ones for the entire period. I am also getting my period on a different day. I used to get it on late Monday or Tuesday morning and now I get it on Wednesday morning. I am 31 years old and have been on the pill for 13 years.

I used to weigh in at 135 to 137 on a consistent basis. But lately I have been gaining weight around my middle, and I run consistently for at least twenty minutes and incorporate other exercise into my workouts to equal out to exercising five times a week. I also lift weights on a regular basis.

I am concerned that all the cocktails I had at all of the holiday parties might affect the pregnancy if I am pregnant. I take my pill every morning and never miss a dose. Should I buy one of those home pregnancy kits to test myself or should I go and talk with my doctor to determine what is happening to the changes that my body is going through? Please advise as soon as you can. Thanks, Liz McFarland
