Stomach Upset in Early Pregnancy

I will be 7 weeks pg tomorrow. On Friday morning, I had two episodes of cramping, nausea and loose stool. Saturday I was fine. This morning, I woke up and had another episode of cramping, nausea, and this time loose stool and diarrhea. Is this common to pg or could it be that this is viral? Is it any indication that something may be wrong? Is there anything I can do to help curb this? How long could this go on?
