I have a question regarding the nicotine patch while pregnant. I found out that I was pregnant three weeks ago. I have been taking my prenatel vitamins, staying away from caffeine and doing everything as best as I can. I took off my nicotine patch and had a problem, I am still craveing cigarettes. My question is, which is worse while pregnant, the patch or smoking? I have cut my nicotine intake in half I am on an 11mg patch per day. Thank You! Susan
