About those percentages...

I am well aware that the percentages for perganacy achievement are about 20% in any given month, and that a couple is not considered for infertility until they have been trying for a year.

My situation is that I had a tumor on my ovary removed several months ago, and all follow-up tests prove to be normal with my ovary. My tubes are clear, my periods are regular, my temps reflect ovulation, my luteal phase is 14 days, I get fertile-quality cm, my husband has a 246 million sperm count (which he is very proud of :)), I have no cysts or endometriosis or anything like that (per my lap in June and follow-up CT scans.) I have educated myself on the proper timing of intercourse each month, and I take my temps and monitor my cm.

My question is that since we (my husband and I) are ahead of the game somewhat with our testing, do we still fall into that same 20% for pregnancy achieviment, or is that percentage brought down by couples who do have fertility issues? Rather, if you take only couples with no fertility issues and have them ttc, would they only stand a 20% chance of success per month?

Thank you for the clarification.
