Basic info on renal stones in pregnancy - plenty of fluids so the urine is dilute and pain management as described by the ER doc if the pain becomes bad enough. Nothing more complicated than that. After the pregnancy, various things can be done including lithotripsy (high intensity sound waves) to break up the stone.
