Pregnancy symptoms are, unfortunately variable and may or may not be
related to the health of a pregnancy. Some women have many symptoms and
may or may not have a viable pregnancy. The same goes for women with
minimal to no symptoms. I know this doesn't help but it does answer the
question.
For your piece of mind, why not call up the doctor and see if they can
get you in earlier?
Good luck.
